The day begins with the famous rich buffet breakfast of Holiday Inn Thessaloniki at the "Aristotelis" restaurant. Variety of yogurts, cheese, delicatessen, light food but plentiful in fibers and microelements, natural juices from freshly squeezed oranges, traditional specialties, are only few of the buffet's items that make our breakfast the richest in nutrients meal of the day.
You can continue with lunch or dinner from 12:00 until midnight. Fine tastes uniquely created by the hotel's Executive chef, Christos Simeonidis, cover both European and Mediterranean cuisine. As an appetizer you can try the carpacio with crust of aromatic vegetables, Parmas prosciutto, pane mushrooms with mango sauce, artichokes with asparagus and mushrooms Morilles. As a salad our chef proposes a fresh spinach leaves salad with pleurotous mushroom, a French lettuce salad, or a salad with mixed fresh vegetables and grilled manouri cheese. Duck breast with pomegranate sauce, lamp chine, sauted salmon fillet, tagliatelles with smoked salmon, tortellini rossi, daily soups and three children menus for our little guests, are some of the most delicious main dishes.
Finally, an interesting chocolate souffle pudding filled with forest fruit, as well as a creme brullee or a panacota, are the ideal desserts after a great lunch or dinner.
